Accountancy Task Force was formed 35 years ago in the City of London,
placing temporary staff mainly in Central London. Bob Page joined to set up and run a Birmingham office and, in 1977 moved to London to become General Manager.

Many years of success followed, with sales gradually improving on the permanent side and, later, in the provision of Interim Financial Managers and Search and Selection assignments. At its height, the Group had a turnover of £4million per annum, employed almost 200 temporaries and had a staff of 20 based in London, Birmingham and Aberdeen.

The agency was re branded as ATF (UK) Ltd in November 2001. The temporary and contract part of the agency continues as Accountancy Task Force. The agency is trading successfully from London with a regional office base in Coventry. It is stronger than ever and strictly maintains the principles of client care and protection which became its cornerstone.
